What charger do I need?

Requires a USB-C Power Delivery (PD) power source with a 20 V output capable of supplying 2.6 A (52 W). Charger wattage alone does not establish compatibility. Chargers and ports that can't supply 20 V at 2.6 A won't meet this requirement. Keep the lunch box connected while heating.

Can I use it in the car?

Yes, if the vehicle's USB-C port supports PD at 20 V and 2.6 A (52 W). Keep the lunch box connected while heating.

How long does it take to heat food?

Does it heat without power?

No. UVI Plus heats only while it is connected to a compatible USB-C PD power source.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or international addresses. Orders ship directly from the brand.

Can I return it?

Return eligibility depends on the items in your order. Where returns are accepted, items must be unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, as set out in our Refund policy. Unless we state otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
